Is it possible to get a lawyer for questions or do you hire full time?

I wanted to start a business but I am having legal issues. I not sure what to do. can you get a lawyer for a few legal questions? Would one do that or do you have to hire them full time for something?

      Yes about $200 a question or a small comment for a drink.

    Yes, many lawyers do consultations for a fee. I paid $100 for a consult last year. He answered all my questions, made 2 phone calls for me and I could call or come back in of I needed anything else (within reason). But since you are starting a business then there's usually agencies that can help you. The local Chamber of Commerce maybe? Start there. That would be my advice.
