Is it possible to build muscle in the mons veneris

I met a young lady who obviously works out a lot. Her mons veneris is a true Mons. It is a handful and it looks so beautiful. She is slender but not skinny and has beautiful muscle tone. Can her working out develop the muscle here. I can not find a diagram of the muscle there and I wonder if it is muscle or just fat as I have read. It is so beautiful, so soft and yet firm.

Is It Normal?

  • There is no muscle there.

  • The mons veneris is largely fat... so since its not a muscle there are not any specific exercises for it.

People who exercise can still have a mons veneris...

  • There is no muscle at the front of the pubic bone, so I suspect she has a genetic disposition to have more fatty tissue there than most women. If she has little abdominal fat and good abdominal muscle tone, that would make it more prominent.

I completely understand how you appreciate this aspect of her body, but I'd suggest that you be very careful about talking about this. It could be something that she's self-conscious about.

    • She is real happy and was appreciative that I was so surprised when I first saw it. Even with her tights on it stood out and I just had to smile and say "WOW". She knows what she has.

      • Good for her, and good for you.

Women get so much pressure from all angles to feel bad about particular bits of their body. Remember the "thigh gap" BS from a few years back, and how some collective insanity made many women believe they were only hot if they had thighs that were as wasted as someone with an eating disorder?
