Is it possible to be in complete silence?

I'm a little confused. So when you are in a room with no noise and you aren't making any noise there is still a little background noise. So, is it possible to be in a situation with no sound whatsoever???? I feel like "silence" is actually kind of loud.

    Your body is constantly making noise, you can never be in conplete silence as long as you have your hearing.

    There are noises that you dont consciously observe and that are really low...being in complete silence would drive.you crazy
