I don't understand, which generation were you a part of?
The generation that rioted against war vets in the streets, turning a generation of Vietnam veterans into homeless alcoholics by creating a hostile environment that they had to come home to? Or the generation that hosed down black people in the streets for using the wrong restroom?
Is it me, or do older generations only seem to remember the glory days?
I my friend have absolutely nothing to do with America`s social problems. I grew up in the 60`s in South Africa, we did not hose blacks, we shot them with rubber bullets! get your facts straight. I also do not refer to them as Glory days, rather as days where people still had common decency as one of their character traits...
