Is it okay to feel chest pain after exercising to suddenly without warm up?
So if I right now suddenly started doing 10 push ups. I'll get a weird feeling in my chest, I feel blood flowing really hard, I also feel pounding. It only lasts 3 seconds or so then it goes away and after that, no matter what workout I do. I don't get the feeling again until I take a long break or rest
Edit: I'm 18 Yo, I had ecg / eck and an echo scan for my heart.
