So, my brother likes to be sexual towards me. But its like he laughs at my reaction. I feel as if hes goofing around and doesnt mean anything. I just dont like it. I told him to please stop.     First off if your forced into any sexual actions that you didn't agree on then it's rape. You are 18 years of age and take control over it before it gets any further.

    I'd barely call that "goofing around" more like "molestation". Tell him to stop and that you don't like it at all. Tell your parents about it too - what he's doing isn't normal, so don't let him make you believe it is.
