Don't know a lot on the subject, but I know that 1) People sweat primarily from different parts of their bodies -- feet being one and 2) Lots of toxins are retained in your feet.
Sounds flaky, but try the detox pads that you stick on your feet. You sleep with the on, and not only does it extract the toxins, it makes you feel great, especially when you first get up. Just try it and see if it helps.
