If you are getting more chub, you are eating to much. I suspect you aren't actually getting fatter and it's more in your head, so why don't you weigh yourself and see if you actually are gaining weight. It is close to physiologically impossible to gain bodyweight in a calorie deficit. Trust me mate I train people, eat less!
Okay mate! Ignore the trainer and just keep doing what you doing! I have told you all you need know to lose weight you are just refusing to do it because you think you are not eating much when you actually are. You don't sound like the brightest mate from you grammer anyway so if you aren't smart enough to listen to me on this simple thing you deserve to be a fat ass.

I mean I not eating that much. I mean I been eating less than I usually do. Anything else would be not eating.
