Did she KNOW you were sterile? If so, surely she's not so stupid as to get pregnant by someone else? If she didn't know, why did you withhold such important information from her? (Not that's an excuse if she had sex with someone else.)
Do you know 100% you're sterile? Sometimes there are mistakes about this, for example after vasectomies when pregnancy can still happen.
