It would not be every woman but more than you care to have to deal with. What she is saying she is dealing with is true. Work place bullying is 80% more likely to be woman on woman. The key is to not be in the bucket with all the crabs. Just ignore the little hussies and yes, the gossip can harm your career, but only temporarily. Eventually people will see the kind of person you are and start noticing how those adult girls are obsessed with you, and it will be obvious to all. It gets easier the higher up you get (fewer riff raff) and the older you get (ie, less attractive). I rarely have such issues now but I did once in my 20s, and the men flirted with me like crazy, which I ignored, and there were women in their 30s who hated me for that, as I had no dealings with them, and yet they turned an entire organization on its head because of their obsession with me. I thought it was racism, now I think it was their frustration with sexual competition, as I was married and getting all this spotlight, and they were single and less attractive, less liked and respected.
IIN women are threatened by me and verbally attack me?
