Well I've been a woman for more than 60 years and a cleaner for quite a few of those years and it's not my experience of toilet behavior. Certainly there's more paper dropped on the floor in women's toilets but women use more paper and also are more likely to take children in with them.
I've nearly always found the floor in both men's work toilets and homes where men live to be smelly from piss: how come adult men can't aim their penises into the toilet bowl or stay there until it's stopped dripping? When my daughter's male friends spent lots of time at my place I got so sick of it I put up a sign saying "Stand up closer, it's shorter than you think" which partly solved the problem.
I've never seen much graffiti in women's toilets, but lots in men's.
The entire aim thing is one of those things you can only understand if your a man. No offence meant but it is one of those things you need to be the gender to understand and not something that can be explained. Your sign shows you don't understand what the problem actually is, men can aim perfectly but due to other situations that are out of control the pee reasonably often does not go where we have aimed and we don't know it is not going to until we have started to pee. There is true and valid reasons why it happens.
However, what I do think is anyone rather it be men or women should clean up any mess they make. I have heard of women peeing on toilet seats because they hover also which women should also clean up.
I met a woman that said in the women's toilets where she lives in her state of the USA women poop and make a massive mess and don't flush. Any gender can be disgusting but anyone should be it men or women should clean up after themselves if they make a mess I do agree with that.
I think the Germans or anyone not should teach things like that, I have my reasons why I think this. And not all Nazis are German: we have a few here in Australia spouting garbage against just about everybody apart from themselves, for example, feminism is a worldwide Jewish plot to demasculate white men
Do they now? I didn't know that! Does it continue into adult life? I'll bet that was started by the gender who do the vast majority of toilet cleaning!
