Is the naighbor woman hot? I mean be honest with yourself when you answer that - not marriage honest lol. If she is, I would say she is insecure about you talking with her. Though that is no excuse for her behaving this way.
If she isnt as good looking as your wife, then I dont know, I dont think its normal at ALL.
I would ask her why all the resentment - I mean, ask her:
"honestly honey, I need to know what's wrong because you're obviously angry about something, and I want you to be happy - the only way that I can fully understand is for you to fully explain what is bothering you"
Its all about HOW you say it with women ;)
