wow you know what as much as li like to learn about health and diet it never crossed my mind that his diet was affecting him that way. he really does have a poor diet but the lucky sod has a fast metabolism to compensate. even though i bother him about it all the time he always eats crap and hardly ever eats veggies... he also takes alot of aleve for his back (he's a roofer). its all making sense now! like i said he's never been a sex fiend and has always had a terrible diet. now it seems even more hopeless since i have been trying to get him to change his diet forever! hmmm i think he needs an ultimatum thanks so much for your input! :)
