I agree, publicly humiliating someone could be considered bullying. Someone did it to me once on Tumblr..oh well. I made a post about her here, and one user commented and basically defended her. I won't say any names but I kinda liked that user until then, now I hope she tries to talk to the mean bitch so she sees what she's really like. I don't hate her, I just hate that she defended the mean person. Of course if she misunderstood, which may be the case, I forgive her.
Anyway, this is an advice site, so we should all just be nice.
