God only knows. But I'd love there to be a bug with IIN and every single story author made known for 24 hours. And all aliases linked together by IP address. No hiding for anyone.
It's a shame we can't have anonymity but have some peer review at the same time. Maybe we need to nominate a small group of people who do get to see this information and "name and shame" where relevant. Bullies have immunity here.
If we had the chance to see what user is making the story or link IP addresses together, users would use that against other users. A bully bullies, people rage and bully the bully. Nobody wins.
I don't know. I think bullies are cowards who bully because they feel they are safe to. If they knew their bullying would be out in the open and they would be looked down on for it, maybe they wouldn't do it in the first place.
