I was part of the welcoming committee but statistics showed that my approach of jumping around with my penis flapping back and forth in a kind of tribal dance actually scared more people off than it did encourage them in. So I was officially stripped of my official title as an official member of the official welcoming committee.
I am however running my own UNOFFICIAL welcoming committee in which old traditions are maintained, as it should be on IIN island :)

Wow, honestly, that is the fastest I have known anyone from the unofficial welcoming committee learn the traditional tribal penis dance. I am especially impressed by your improvisation, I didn't know testicles could do that kind of helicopter motion in one direction whilst your penis was right over the other side there.
