Is it normal whenever i look at the clock, it's mostly 9:11?

Yes, one is easily to remember this particular time and ignored all those times which are not. I do have same feelings like you a few years ago, and I live in Taiwan.

About 7 times in a row, whenever I was typing something in Word and checked the amount of used words, I saw the number 666. I don't believe in all the devilshit but it was weird.

That was happening to me for a good four years straight. I almost always felt like I had to look before I saw it. I even noticed it on my watch a number of times. By that I meant I felt compelled, and I only check my watch if I'm late for something but I always checked at 9:11.
