    ...you're asking for proof...that other countries don't labour under the false apprehension...that they need a law or whatever...to protect the "right" to speak their mind freely?

    Normal people understand that only countries with fucked up dictatorships and whatnot are not free to do so. No laws required.

      I am not asking for anything. I am not laboring or apherensive.

      People absolutely do need a right to speak freely. Normal people understand that governments curtailing free speech are those leading to fucked up dictatorships.

      Damn right free speech must be protected by more than law, constitution.
