i knew a guy from a foreign country i really love him and he do to but there is so many problems he is from really famous important family and his religion is different and his family want him to marry someone from his country and my family refuse the idea to we were planing to run away but both of us really care about how his parents will feel and what they wont he decided to leave me because that is the best for both of us and he tried to make me hate him so it wont be hard for me to forget him but it dosent work and he told me that he loves me and cant act anymore that he hates me he stopped talking to me i know that he loves me and miss me it is just he is stronger than me but i cant live without him i miss him all the time i'am not asking for a solution because i think there is no solution for that i'am just asking how can i forget him i really need help i need to forget him to carry on i'am trying to do that 5 month ago but it is soo hard

    It's completely normal to feel strong feelings toward someone if you truly love them. I'm sorry to hear that the situation is so hard for the both of you though--that must be really frustrating, but from the way it sounds, there's not much you can do. If you have to let him, you just need to try and open your heart up to someone new. I know it's hard for you to stop thinking about him, but keeping telling yourself that it's for the best. I'm not saying you should try to go on a love-hunt or anything, but if you meet a nice guy, don't sell yourself short because of this guy.
