    If you're hungry, then you should eat healthier things. Eating your "boogers", "fingernails" & "bitting dead skin" is disgusting. You could do better than that! Eat more protein, like eggs. The protein will keep you fuller for much longer. Eat fruits and vegetables. The fiber will also keep you full and cleanse your body of waste. Stop eating yourself and crap food!!! If you want to lose weight, you must change these habits!!!
