I need help....so I have had sex but even for years before I ever knew what an orgasm actually felt like I've been having orgasmic feelings when having to pee really bad....this is a little embarrassing to admit but I've always had problems controlling my bladder.. so it can be detrimental, I get this orgasmic feeling knowing I have to pee but don't want to stop the feeling till it actually feels like I've finished, by this point I either can't move anywhere cuz its right at the edge I'd have already peed.....also if this happens when I'm driving it can get dangerous, my legs and arms lock up and I have to tuck my hips under to keep from going all over the car and get that feeling.....any suggestions??
