Is it normal when i feel fear or am scared, i have to crap?
Say right before football practice. I anticipate the pain and hardness of our workouts. I lost 10 pounds in a month because of these. Football practice is no pushover. I feel the need to crap about an hour before it up to the actual practice. Then my crap mysteriously disappears and comes back the next day over and over and over until I just have a blowout on a certain day( in the toilet of course)
