It is NOT normal! He is going to try and kill you. He fits the typical schematic for a serial killer. Your best option is to drop an anvil on his head... Or use a gigantic sling shot to fling yourself at him in the hopes to inflict as much damage as possible. Just watch out, if you miss he may yell "Meep! Meep!" and run off.
