well he sound like me before i figure out a lil more about what is cute and what is too far. and he has to learn that the hard way by fucking up alot. hes trying to be cute and tease u, in a playful way, but hes an idiot and doesnt know what hes doing.
SO i can give u a few option form here. If ur not really friends with him, or like him than ur can:
get revenge by keeping him around but alway talking to other guy and flirting with them
just tell him that hes being immature, and he reminds u of ur lil brother or sister, or any other younger family member/pet
Just telling u dont like his breath, it stinks
Or if ur unsure if u like him or not u can try to change the dynamic of the relationship by:
the next time he starts trying to tease u, look at your friend and say, "Its oky, lil boys always try to tease the girls they have crushes on" in a loud voice.
And for me that is the best choice, last time i had a guys lil 14 y/o sister that wouldnt leave me alone and kept hitting me, pretty hard actually, with a stick. Cause i wasnt reacting to the pain, thank to a high tolerance of pain. But soon it got old, so i looked at he brother and said, "nah its oky, lil girl like to pick on the guys she has a crush on" and like that she stopped.
