No one would begrudge a poor person rice pasta potatoes and canned food. Soda, chips, chocolate, and ice cream are luxury items which I don't feel has a place in a NUTRITIONAL program...
Agreed. Since leaving my family home and being out on my own I haven't touched a dime of tax payer money and never will again. We did have church meals the first few weeks.
I didn't ask to be born into a hell hole family and I did the best I could.
The people on here saying a box of expired food is good stuff, would perhaps begrudge people. I pray they are never poor and suffering.
