Is it normal weird shock feelings

So this has been happening fer a while, at random times usually during school i get this weird tingly/electric feeling that starts in my head down to my arms. Sometimes intense sometimes not.

Is It Normal?

    it could be because your blood pressure dropped low or your bodys just feeling cold if your that worried go see adoctor

    i get a cold, tingly feeling that lasts a few seconds every day. EXTREME FREEZING
