Is it normal weird clicking in the back of my head

sounds like what 57769 said,id get it checked out a.s.a.p , it may just be somthing small but its worth seeing into, i suggest you check your scalp hair and down your back for any small bumps, also it would be a good idea to hoover your matress and change your bed incase of bed bugs or somthing you never no.

Usually sinuses draining because you are in a flat position.

That happens to me too!! Sometimes when I move I get a clicking noise to. A few times I'll get a really sharp pain on one side of my head

Check up with a doctor to see what's wrong, if anything. My head clicks every so often. Could be something to do with the blood/brain barrier. Get it checked just to be safe.

yeah I hear drums in my head :P lol jk i wish :( but if your heads not bumpy and feels like stuff is moving in then its not bot fly's but i would go to a doctor if it continues

Eww. I REALLY hope it isn't what the poster above mentioned. That would be horrible!
I just did a quick google search to see what came up and a few others mentioned the same thing as being a sinus problem.

I hear of a guy that had a bot fly larvae that ate its way into the back of his head and he heard a clicking noise that was the bug scraping against his skull
