Yes, I think the use of animal parts in Chinese medicine is ignorant superstition. Rhino horn does not possess any special aphrodisiac qualities! Even if the horn of rhinos was an aphrodisiac, which it isn't, it would be better if all the men in China were impotent and flaccid than for one rhino to be slaughtered! Rhinoceros horn is made of the same stuff as hair and finger nails, nothing magical.
