NO ONE needs a car that can go more than 50 miles per hour

Cars need to be made less durable. They should be completely destroyed when they crash

Everyone who has a car that was made before these laws needs to give it to the government and get a new one

-- Also, Talk about killing the economy... No government could ever afford to do this.
-- Supply would also not be able to keep up with demand. It would take forever to replace them all.
