Not really complaining, it just wasn't there a week ago. I don't like any subject being forbidden, especially on a site dedicated to being able to talk about the taboo.
Yes, this is the policy we've had here on IIN for many years. I've tried to be as pro free speech as I possibly can. But, these topics are being posted about way too often, and in an extremely repetitive way. The questions have been asked and answered many times over now and it's become disruptive. They're also very disturbing topics to many people and lead to heated bickering all over the site. Additionaly, I think the vast majority of people posting about that stuff know it's not normal already. They're looking for validation, and I don't think we should give it to them anymore.
The people who are into all of that are criminals, and I hope they all get caught. I hope all of those people are prosecuted to the fullest of the law! No muthafuckin quarter and no mercy for the pedobears!
I do think that people deserve the courtesy to be able to freely hate pedobears, incest mongers and people who commit beastiality. Perverts and degenerates like that should seek out psychiatric treatment and or turn themselves into the authorities if they actually commit such acts. It's not okay for people to fantasize about such acts, the feelings and emotions of such people are wrong. People who do those things deserve nothing, but pain and suffering in their lives. Child molesters are subhuman, they are less than shit.
The topics probably wouldn't be banned or forbidden if the perverts, degenerates and losers didn't abuse their privilege of posting on this site, and their presence has been a scourge here for too long.
If I could snap my fingers and cause all the people who commit such acts to drop dead in an instant I would.
See, the thing is, the fact that you refer to them as degenerates and said you'd kill them all if you could shows just how necessary it is for their ability to speak anonymously to remain free and intact. There is no "privilege" to post here that depends solely upon the kind of the person you are. Anyone can post anything as long as it's clear. What ACTUALLY happened was the numerous spams of fake trolls posting about incest and having sex with animals in a way that isn't even remotely acceptable according to the guidelines of this site because it's funny to them.
They'll never seek treatment as long as you keep referring to them as human garbage and look down on them like they're the scum of the earth. No one wants that kind of shame.
You want to enable pedophiles? Everyone has freedom of speech but that does not mean whatever you say can go without real consequences. Also websites have the right to censor whatever they want. If you dont like it or agree with it then you can leave.
I'm not saying they can't censor it, i'm saying they shouldn't, ESPECIALLY when in the past they haven't. I"m not enabling anything. I'm not saying we should all share child porn on this site, or allow sharing that kind of filth. What i'm saying is we shouldn't bar topics. That's the whole point of this site: To minimize consequences for speaking on a subject, so you can understand if it's normal or acceptable or even just talk about it without being fired, arrested, or sent 32 packages of sex toys cause some loser doxxed you.
Posting a topic doesn't mean you're a perpetrator of those things. What about victims or someone who thinks they've seen something going on?
Censoring topics makes me think of the Thought Police or Ministry of Truth.
We are talking about people who claim to perpetrate those things, not the subject in general.
What about victims? If you actually cared about victims you'd realise it can be pretty painful for them to have to see these idiots make posts casually encouraging people to rape children.
It's not censoring or you 1984 bullshit. If you want to hear about people raping children then go to 4chan, NAMBLA, your own thoughts, or better yet the "ministry of love" which is known in reality as the (action) police department.

Well, I do think you're right about victims, but the problem is that most of the time it's trolls or possible perpetrators posting on here.
