    Well you've pissed someone off, OP. You've had two posts deleted in 10mins. Guess that's easier than dealing with it...push it under the rug. Who cares what your customer base thinks, right?

        Yup. Cos it's smart business to kill your customer base off in an attempt to expand, rather than improve and keep them while adding more...
