The whole idea of why it is bad, according to feminists, is because it refers to women by their sexual genitalia, which is weird to me due to the fact that "dick" is used to refer to someone in a negative light just as much, if not more, yet is not as controversial to say as "cunt".
I'm from the UK, so the use of the word cunt is the same as yours, good, bad, civil, aggressive.
I am not opposed to the word being used, it's just a word, and yet it seems like people put it alongside the label "nigger", which is just absolutely ridiculous.
On the other hand, I've also heard feminists that argue that (when applied to literal female genitalia) it the best word, because it's the only one that sounds "strong".
