Rebelling against authority simply because it's authority not only makes someone a horrible person, it makes them extremely immature and untrustworthy and excludes them from organized society. Humans are social animals and antisocial behavior leads to problems and/or crime. I truly pity your parents for having such an awful child. I certainly wouldn't put up with it just like mine didn't. In fact, I think the OP is going about it the wrong way, he should consider shipping her off to a military academy and get her scared straight.
