She does not sound like a good friend to have, I must wonder why you keep her around? Real friends do not throw themselves at your boyfriend even if they do fancy him, they respect the fact that he is off limits and therefore hitting on him in this manner is unacceptable. You need to either confront her about this or stop being her friend, if she is trying to ruin your relationship she is clearly not a positive influence in your life.
