    You can, but why take on a whole new set of debt before he pays off the debt he has? What's so bad about the place you're both in now?

      We’re living with his parents and I don’t really want to live with them for 3 whole years,, I really want a place for me and him. His dad has cameras around the house and it’s just a huge ordeal living there
