Get over yourself. No one gives a flying f-k about you. Your immediate family think they love you until you screw one of them over or they grow up and have their set of problems. Human beings are ingrates, selfish and down right greedy. They are only cooperative if everything is ok for them!
So love yourself and do what you know is the right thing period. If someone doesn't like it, well sucks to be them!
