    Mata.Hari is too commonplace, yet I'd still consider it.

    MollyBloom is fantastic. Couldn't read Joyce's Ulysses in its entirety, but I have played (errrm, for the sake of veracity, so to speak) her monologue. Definitely an option.

    Madeleine. It's so many things, yet it's just a name. Meaningful and meaningless. If I were to go by one name, no last name, this would be it.

    Morelliana. Very specific reference to a whole universe: Hopscotch. Which is another one I'd like to go by.

      you know i have deep love for "m" names for female. i wanted to name a future daughter a Mel, or japanese name like miyuki, etc

        Aww, I didn't know, Shuggah. :) I noticed the "M"s as well, it wasn't really a choice, funny, huh?

        I love Mayumi! Imagine a mini-Nora-Mayumi!! Awwww. Akemi too.

          ohhh mayumi was another, but it is sorta close to yuma, which is the name of my toaster

          but i like it, mini-nora-mayumi does have a ring to it
