In most cases being shot in the head would leave you dead before you had the chance to feel anything. If it didn't you'd probably be too shocked to feel anything, then die. If you did survive long enough to feel pain. I guess it would feel a lot like being shot anywhere else, an intense burning sensation followed by horriable aching.
If you could survive such a thing this would happen:
It'd start off with an impact so ferocious, it'd feel as if you've just been hit in the head by someone swinging a sledgehammer.
Bullets spin so as it passes through your brain, the course it takes will mush up, and twist, and tear up that part of your brain.
Then after that two things would happen.
The bullet will either bounce around in your skull liquidfying your brain or exit. Due to balistics, an exiting bullet would explode out of the exit wound, shattering your skull and send your brain matter flying everywhere.
