I was about to post an announcement about this when I saw this post and decided to comment instead. The best way to contact me about bugs or complaints is still to use the Feedback form instead of complaining in a post. That will get you the best results. Thanks

You've had complaints in the past about how you just launch shit with no explanation. Why on earth didn't you have the time to explain when you launched it?

Additionally, you haven't answered why my stories don't show to anyone but me, and why you ban people who stand up to trolls while protecting the trolls.
I don't ignore them. You never send private feedback, but you choose to complain like this publicly. It's not productive. If you like this site and you want it to improve I'd appreciate it if you would work with me to help improve things. If you send polite inquiries via Feedback for PM, then you'll get polite and helpful responses. If you're simply rude and vague and don't provide additional information to help me debug specific issues, then there may not be very much that I can do.

And maybe you don't get a response telling you that because of your rude attitude.
