I do this all the time, especially on the highway. When someone is trying to get somewhere really fast, I like to try to slow them down so they will tell me about their life. Sometimes they want to pull over and occasionally do want to tell me, but sometimes also want to hit me. I mostly win these confrontations, except with state troopers, those dicks carry guns, and I only have a shovel.
