      I've been "emotionaless" for over a half year and it's terrible. You don't cry over terrible things anymore and it makes you depressive. Really, emotions are here for a reason.

      • I would agree. I'm not a sociopath, despite what others say on here. I understand right from wrong, but I haven't had any real emotions since I was about nine to ten years old.
        It's a cold place. Although, it has it's benefits. People that live this way don't have to deal with sadness that much, just emptyness.

        I don't complain about it. I have grown up this way and become used to it at a young age. I don't think people that haven't grown up with no emotions from a young age really get the full of the emotionless part. I still think they hold on to the sadness they have, like you said, depression. I've become used to being this way, which is why I'm not depressed. I haven't been sad about it, either.

        I'm comfortable being the way I am with this way now. Perhaps one day you will too and escape the depression.

        Besides, people like this get very good at faking emotions, so it doesn't become a matter of people realizing you aren't happy.
