Haha. I think video games are too violent, as well. I remember first thinking this after I'd been playing GTA heavily, and on my way back from work (I was riding a bicycle at the time) I looked at the cars and immediately thought, "Why don't I just steal one of those and drive back home?" Because I'd been doing that so much in GTA. Then I realized how bizarrely screwed up that is, shook my head, and stopped playing so much GTA.
Anyway, I do think playing those games can have a negative effect on us unless we're careful.
Is it normal to wish there were more video games that are not violent?
