This is normal, and to feel confident you have to play the part, think of the most confident woman you know of and step into her shoes figuratively speaking and go out thinking you are her, it doesn't have to be a whore for that matter. You're 19 come on, you can have any guy you want! I knew I could at that age. Wanting to have sex is not a crime and isn't something only whores do, sex is healthy, fun and should be enjoyed. Maybe you have to work that whole concept of a woman as a sexual being, it sounds like your perspective on sex is very negative, and you should work on that too.
