I voted that it is normal but in my personal opinion I dont want the government controlling the amount of health care coverage I may or may not have. So I would prefer to have private health insurance, but then I would still need to pay taxes on top of that for other people's insurance so that would bother me. That being said that system wouldn't be much different than parents sending their kids to private schools. In a way I think that us Americans will eventually get to a point where the government guarentees health insurance. But I will say our attempts at providing quality insurance to everyone have been total fucking disasters so don't expect anything good.
