      I think some guys leave the seat up on purpose just to piss off the women, they find it funny. 😆

        Everyone should put the lid down before flushing to avoid any germs spreading from the invisible spray effect, which spreads for quite a distance

            I know hardly anyone who does it, male or female, but I always do. I have enough health problems without contending with other people's germs.

              I would close the lid, but feel women expect a hassle free experience with the lid up for convenience.
