You want to vent, which is fine. Still, though people want to help, they get irritable when they are confronted with an issue that you're asking them to beat at with you. Repetition is tiring. I suggest finding a way to vent that involves physical or mental stimulation. Go for a run, draw, write, etc when you start to get upset.
