It's not normal. People assume that you don't wash. Wearing clothes will holes and tears makes you look poor and like you don't care about your appearance.
Also, even though the hoodie may be considered "outer wear" it still gets dirty. It still needs washing regularly.
Is it normal to wear the same exact thing every single day?
