Seems normal to me. Why chamge what you wear? As long as you are comfortable and hygenic, I can't see why anyone would give a fuck.
As for the suggestion if seeking councilling, I think that even the most professional councillor would have trouble keeping a straight face as you told them about your terrible problem wearing the same clothes everyday. I just cannot see how councilling could be appropriate for this particular problem.
