This was a statement by an expert that I read about some years ago. It does make sense when you think about it. A person who is heavier has more fat and the fat keeps them warmer. It serves the same actions as blubber on a whale. Of course, there are other factors that can affect the way a person feels temperature.
Is it normal to wear a coat all the time?

That's not true i'm not very thin, and I get chills quite often. Sometimes I have to take two hot baths just to stay warm.

I don't think it's true at all really. It's more about blood circulation than anything.
