Well, for one, if I'm home, I'm usually just wearing the bare minimum anyway. Normally just a bathrobe, since I live alone, so it's not like I'm taking off shirts, jumpers, pants, shoes and socks and then dressing back up afterwards. And I don't take a full on shower, I just turn on the tub faucet and use the water flow just to wash that area and that area alone.
If I'm not home, I do what Boojum commented; I just make do the best I can with wet toilet paper.
Is it normal to wash your buttocks after every bowel movement?

Bidet I understand, wipes I get. But I can't imagine stripping down and jumping in the shower. What do you do if your not home?
